1. About Esooo

Esooo ("we," "our," or "us") provides an online platform that helps organizers of soccer groups manage their activities.

Organizers can use Esooo to:

• Set up and manage their soccer group
• Create games and seasons
• Track attendance
• Collect payments securely through Stripe

We do not operate, run, or manage any soccer games or events ourselves. We simply provide tools to help organizers manage their groups.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Esooo, you agree to these Terms.

If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page, and the "effective date" will change.

3. Who Can Use Esooo

You must be at least 18 years old to use Esooo.

If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

If you suspect unauthorized access, please contact us immediately at support@esooo.co.

We use Supabase to manage authentication and securely store your account data.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed through Stripe.

Esooo does not handle money directly, issue refunds, or manage payment disputes.

All payments made to an organizer through Esooo are final.

If you believe you are owed a refund, you must contact the organizer of the event or group directly.

Esooo is not responsible for:

• The accuracy of event information
• Attendance tracking
• Refunds or cancellations
• Disputes between users and organizers

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use Esooo only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Not interfere with or disrupt the service

You may not use Esooo to:

• Harass, threaten, or defraud others
• Create fake or misleading listings
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep Esooo running smoothly, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We may suspend or modify the platform at any time for maintenance or improvements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Esooo is not responsible for losses, damages, or disputes arising from how organizers or players use the site.
• We make no guarantees about game quality, participation, or financial outcomes.
• Your use of Esooo is at your own risk.

If we are found liable for any reason, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for using the service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and features of Esooo belong to us.

You may not copy, modify, or reuse any part of the platform without permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these Terms or causes harm to other users.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
